       12/06/2015 - DEAL CONCLUDED: Labat have concluded an agreement yesterday to acquire Reinhardt Transport Group.(RTG). for R645m. The deal is subject to Regulatory approvals as well as approvals by the boards of RTG and Labat.

       22/05/2015 - LABAT SHARES TRADED AT R0.70 AT CLOSE OF BUSINESS: 

It has been a busy week of trade in the labat shares after the announcement of the acquisition of the "RTG"group. Around 20 million shares traded between last Friday and today.

20/05/2015: GEM EXTEND ITS $100M LINE OF EQUITY TO LABAT FOR FURTHER 5 YEARS:

New York based Private Equity fund has confirmed that it has extended its $100m line of Equity to labat for another 5 years, to assist with further acquisitions for Labat in the Transport and logistics sector

19 /05/2015 - LABAT TO ACQUIRE REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP "RTG"FOR R627.5M:

Labat Announced on SENS today that it is to acquire  the Reinhardt Transport Group "RTG"  previously announced as the "Target Company" For a cash consideration of R627.5m.
