GEM is suing RMB for having what they term colluded with Aurora who defrauded GEM of $2 million. Action has been brought by GEM in the Gauteng North High Court.
23/12/2013 - Directors to follow their rights
Two Executive Directors, Brian van Rooyen (CEO) and David O’Neill (Financial Director), will follow their rights in the rights issue as approved by the shareholders.
